Success Culture Organization
Though the founding, leading and growing Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA, Inc., into a nationally recognized organization, I have been fortunate to meet and to build significant relationships with an extensive network of professionals across the country that possess expert level knowledge, talent and skills. The people I partner with all have high character standards and a passion for helping people.
The difference in any successful organization is the talent, culture and the passion of their people.
I have coined myself a { Networkprenuer } as I am able to create businesses relationships and the guidance to expand their existing business for people who are part of my network and who hold the character qualities that I allow me to invest my intellectual capital in. Just like how an investment banker's capital creates value, the network relationships that I possess and my time and thought leadership provide both social and financial benefits for all i am engaged with.
Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA, Inc., which was built and developed in my free time has grown into a highly successful, nationally recognized, all volunteer job support and networking group, that is zero funded. It possesses a reputation as a success culture, and is a good model to understand why it is successful and can be followed in other ventures to duplicate it's results. Success Culture Organization is an organization that is dedicated to helping all types of organizations achieve success by helping them transition their culture and the culture of all their stakeholders to achieve the success and purpose and their mission.
This organization will engage in this process with Corporations, Government agencies, Universities, and Non Profit organizations, who have the desire and commitment to effect significant change in their organizations to be successful in their mission.
Success Culture is a power of positive attractive to the many people who strive for and value the achievement of success, and for people who invest themselves with these organizations. Success of course is not always financial and usually is how well and effective all the stakeholders are served. Many organizations we see today fall short of delivering on this mission.
If your organization desires a success culture, please define what you see success for your organization is and then contact us with your vision for your organization.

My recent LinkedIn post explaining the 11 concepts became the 2nd most read article in LinkedIn history (at 1.3 million views!)
