Many job search experts say that Networking is the single most important activity to find a job. The day of sending resumes to the "black hole" on the internet provide almost no success. Networking has been said to be more important than job leads, as by the time a open job hits the job boards the position is well underway of being filled and has candidates lined up already, people who have been recommended to a company by other executives, internal candidates and candidates provided by trusted recruiters and career professionals.
