When I started this great group of Neighbors-helping-Neighbors USA, one of the key concepts was that we could assemble people, regular people ( neighbors ) on a weekly and local basis who want to help each other with the job search process, and are willing to pay it forward to people they don't even know.
The groups culture has been developed and has spread as we have grown. I talk often about the character of our organization and its members is something that can't be validated or endorsed easily. The leadership I recruit also must not only embody this culture but truly believe in and and spread it easily to all they come in contact with.

Being positive and helping others who are hurting to work to also being positive is important.
